July Core PPI and July PPI released lower than last release and missed analyst estimation.
July Building Permits and July Housing Starts also released a lower stat than last release.

18 August before market open, CIT, HD and TGT released their earning report. HD and TGT released their earning better than analyst estimation but lower than last year release. While CIT released their earning lower than last year release and missed analyst estimation.

DJIA moved testing support at 9165 and moved up held by resistance at 9260 then closed at 9217.94.
NASDAQ moved testing support at 1935 and moved up held by resistance at 1955 then closed at 1955.92.
S&P500 moved testing support at 980 and moved up held by resistance at 990 then closed at 989.67.

Support at 9160, if this support break, DJI will move to 9095.
Resistance at 9255, if this resistance break, DJI will move to 9295.
NASDAQ
Support at 1940, if this support break, NASDAQ will move to 1925.
Resistance at 1965, if this resistance break, NASDAQ will move to 1975.
S&P500
Support at 985, if this support break, S&P500 will move to 975.
Resistance at 995, if this resistance break, S&P500 will move to 1000.

Economic Data Release at 19 August 2009.
  • 14 August Crude Inventories will be release at 10.30 ET.
Earning Report
18 August after market closed, HPQ released their earning report. They released their earning higher than last year earning and better than analyst estimation.
19 August before market open, BJ and DE will release their earning report.
Analyst estimate DE earning release is lower than last year release, while BJ expected to release their earning higher than last year release.
